Who has set up a 2033 IP Conference phone?

I tried to set up a Polycom 2033 IP Audio Conference phone with BCM 4.0, but no luck jet. The problem is everytime after started up and waiting for input a DN, the 2033 freezes. And at 2nd display always has "Do" showing. I coul not get help from user guide and Nortel web. Please help me out if you have the same experience.

I'm not sure. How could I know the version without get it running? When it is froze, I checked BCM element manager, no IP assigned, no firmware infomation showed up.

Disconnect the ethernet connection but keep power running. Power up the 2033. After it starts, press the "Services" button and scroll down to "Set Information". Press the "Select" softkey. Use the navigation buttons to scroll down to see the firmware version.
 
I'll do that, then if it is not the latest sw how could I upgrade it without connection to a BCM? Thanks.

Thanks a lot Gwebster. Since I knew it is firmware issue, as you suggest I upgrade it to 2230S18 via TFTP, after then it is working all right. But I still could find out how to get firmware version by press service button, because I pressed all the buttons none of them is service button.
