On the PC where the file is located, run the Server service from control panel. Click the 'In Use' button to show what files are in use. <br>

Option 1<br>
From any station, when logged in to the domain as an administrator, run the old Windows File Manager (winfile.exe). Map a drive if necessary and navigate to the file. Click once to highlight the file then click <b>File>Properties>Open By</b> to see who has it open. (you may see yourself as one of the opens.)<br>
