who gets all local email traffic?

I just uppgraded from 8.11.6 to 8.12.8 and now the function "who gets all local email traffic" does not seem to be there anymore.

It seems that "DH" in sendmail.cf has been replaced by some "Diffie Hellman" encryption command.

Is this correct or how do you set up for all local mails to be forwarded to a host in sendmail 8.12?
