Is there any way to create multiple 'from' addresses, without creating more than one account or having to type the address into the from box?

Background: My in-Laws have a generic e-mail account ie. [Anything]@####.com. Using one account in outlook they receive new mail and rules wizards distribute accordingly to their personal folders/inboxes.
