How do I find out who dialed 911 from our system?????

Check your CDR/call accounting. I don't know if there are 'other' ways to check, althought there is an e911 alert package you can buy. Try searching in this forum.

then look for a tty with cty as user, if you have that data captured, it was sent to that port
