I would like interface my visual basic application to 3270 emu (eicon aviva).
So does someone has an idea?! Where can i found documentation about whllapi32.dll programming in visual basic????

Search on EHLLAPI.
WHLLAPI is just an entry point to the inteface DLL. Some call the DLL it PCSCHLL.DLL, some call it EHLLAPI.DLL etc. It depends on you emulator. AT IBM, you will at least get tge function codes etc. for the interface.
