WhiteSpace! Hunt Group Assignment rel7

Ive upgraded a few system to rel 7 applied the patch and havent had too many problems.

Recently I up graded a 3300 from rel 5.0.0.5 to 7.0.21.4 using the sw installer tool then applied the patch.

When I try to access the hunt group assignment it brings up an error message 'white space is not allowed at this location' and I cannot get access to the hunt groups! customer not in great mood over this!

any ideas?

Hopefully you have access to Mitel TAC.

It sounds as if your Huntgroup file is missing or corrupted.

There may be a way to recover it but I am very hesitant to advise you further.

got it sorted the name of the system was the problem it had an & sign in it with a space in the name of the system this was the problem in rel 7 wasnt in rel 5 thanks

the reason for it being an issue in release 7 and not 5 is probably because in release 7 the 3300 supports networked huntgroups which off course it didn't in release 5...
