Whitelist in Intelligent Message Filter

I'm wondering how to either whitelist by email address or subject line in the IMF. I tried using the IMFCompanion, but for some reason, it simply will not whitelist an email address I need whitelisted. It catches it everytime. It is a form on the website that sends the responses to an info@ address. It always has the same sender and the same subject line.

Any suggestions would be great.

It seems IMFCompanion only whitelists whilst it is actually running, which is a decidedly suboptimal way of doing things.

You can implement a form of whitelisting using IMF with the custom weighting feature of IMF, or maybe an even better solution would be to whitelist the sender's IP address in the conenction filtering - both techniques are described in
