Stupid question I know, but does white space effect SEO?

White space has no ill effects does it guys?

Nope, not as far as I know anyway.
At most it will add 1 character to the amount of data being read.

Whitespace is ignored.

so will the revist-after meta. No bot uses that meta at all and if they did it is an exclusion telling them not to return for 15 days.
and index,follow is the default action so your robots meta is doing nothing but adding a few bytes of download.
