White Screen

We have a weird issue that Alt N can't seem to figure out nor does it seem like they want to figure it out.

When a user sends an email sometimes they receive a white screen that is blank, and the mail does not get sent. It is not in the sent items folder or anything.

Has anyone seen this?

Yes,
We have several users complain of this problem.
I have looked on their website (KB, Forums) and cannot find any resolution.

This issue is still open. I am hoping that someone can figure this out. We have tried everything alt n has told us and nothing.
