White Screen on 4630 IPScreenphone

I got a G3R running r10. I got my Tserver setup to deliver 1.61 to my screen phone. I keep getting a white screen on my phone. I tried 1.74 as well but same thing occurs. Anyone know how to get rid of white screen? I've tried mute 73738#

You are missing the 46xxsetting.scr file. Download it from Avaya and then you should be able to get the phone to work. Also remember there is a firmware version specific to a 4630 set, make sure you use that one.

I had the same problem, it turned out I didn't have all the files the 4630 was looking for on my TFTP server. If you watch your tftp server you will see the files the 4630 is trying to download and make sure they are all available.
