We have a vMCD cluster running MCD 6.0. The customer has various sites around the country linked via MPLS (100MB pipe).
The issue they have is that when the silent monitor on their Servicedesk in one location it gives white noise to the agent until the person monitoring hangs up. This is fairly consistent, making silent monitoring unusable.
These users are located over the MPLS link to where the vMCD cluster is homed. If I try silent monitoring at the site where the vMCD is located, there are no issues.
It screams network issue to me, and have asked the MPLS maintainer to investigate but they've come back with the "not us" reply.
Has anyone come across this before?
