White Dots on GIF Files

When I save a file in GIF using Corel Draw 9 I get white dots along some edges. Any help?

If the white dots are in two or four corners of a rectangular .GIF, and your image is "contained" in a colored rectangle, try changing the line value of the rectangle to clear (transparent) and re-export the .GIF file.
