Whisper Tone Cannot Hear

I am new in Avaya System and asking for your guidance for all the questions I may encounter while learning this system. Right now, I am having difficulty on what am I missing for Whisper tone (agents will know what calls they're going to take).

I already uploaded the .wav file in Avaya Voice Manager. I setup the QUEUE in YES. But when I tried to call it's extension 50.20.01, I was hearing 1 to 3 ring sounds before the recorded announcement.
In ASA, I configured the COR (2) 's "Hear VDN of Origin Annc." to YES and VDN's "VDN of Origin Ann. Ext". Same with the agent's avaya login, I set it to 2...

So when I applied it in the VDN, I hear only a ring and no more whisper tone... Sometimes I hear the whisper tone... But it is randomly done.. [neutral] What else can I do with this? [sad] Please help.. Thanks...
