whisper action prompt

hi all

i got two ip office with one vm pro each
i need to send to one vm pro to another some calls
these calls have to be announced (something like "dvd division") to the destination
so i made a whisper action and the call go to the external destination ,but if the user take the call after a few seconds and not just when the telephone ring ,the message that he hears is already beginned
is there a wat to play a prompt indipendently from when the user takes the call ?
