Whimsy font

Hello,
Thank you for your help and answers, but I still have the same problem! yikes!

I do have Adobe Type Manager (an older version) and when I double clicked on the application folder, it opened a box that had a bunch of fonts in it that you could add - one of them being Whimsy.

When I clicked on that font, and said 'add', it gave me the message that Adobe Type Manager wasn't running.

When I looked at the ATM advanced section - 'running' was selected.

Any ideas?

p.s. I downloaded ATM light and it didn't work. perhaps i will try that again

What OS do you have? if you have W2K or XP, DO NOT install ATM lite. You will have conflicts and problems. Both of these systems have their own, albeit weak, font management system. If you have NT or 98, then ATM lite will work, but ONLY with T1 fonts. To manage TT fonts, you will need ATM deluxe 4.1, or another font manager.

You may want to do a complete uninstall of ATM, scandisk & defrag, and delete all temp files... then reinstall ATM and the fonts and see how that works. Other than that.. I am a bit stumped. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
