WhilePrintingRecords

Hi

I am fairly new to crystal formula, and I am looking at some reports a former colleague created.

He uses the WhilePrintingRecords option alot. I have tried to find a simple explanation what this does but cant quite understand any explanation thus far.

Could someone explain in simple terms what the WhilePrintingRecords is and when it should be used for.

WhilePrintingRecords is only really needed when evaluating and using Variables. It ensures that variable changes state as the report prints rather than collecting data (Whilereadingrecords).
