when verifying cluster through problem determination getting the following error. need urgent help.

Retreiving data from available cluster nodes. This could take a few minutes.ERROR: Cannot send the packet to the node: appsprod2
ERROR: Comm error found on node: appsprod2.

Thanks
Regards

Have this cluster worked before?

Is there any thing found in the HACMP logs? like /tmp/hacmp.out?

hi ,

Can you communicate between each nodes

try to rlogin to node appsprod2 and vice versa ( is this successful ?) ( make sure you can do this from each interface defined in the cluster)

Are there any errors in error report (errpt -a | more)
regarding any interface .

run entstat -d en? ( check speed of interface is correct and status is up)

Check your cluster topology and make sure you have the correct interfaces defined

just a few things to check for now

Hi DSMARWAY,

I can rlogin and rsh from the interfaces they are working find.

could find any errors in errpt.

the output for entstat -d en0 is given below:

appsprod2:/# entstat -d en0
