while Installing - Internal Error 2908

Hi, I'm trying to install Norton Internet Security(NIS) in a PC where NAV was previous installed. This Computer has Windows ME. I removed the NAV completely, but when I try to install the NIS Appears the following Error: Internal Error 2908 {2079E-45B-96F6-45A ...}
the only option that I have its to Press the Button OK

Do you have any suggestions?
