While initialising device CONFIGMG - error!

Every time I start one of the computers, it comes up with the following error:

While initialising device CONFIGMG.
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.
System halted.

I reboot the computer, and it asks if I want to start in Safe Mode. I select Normal Mode, and everything runs fine...until next time I start the computer, the problem comes up again.

Any suggestions...or is the harddrive cactus?
