while adding the remote component we are facing the following error

the following error is coming while trying to add the component in remote components.
here we have 2 mechines one is WinNT server containing MTS package and the other is windows 98(MTS Installed).i added the component in winNt server.When i am trying to add a new component to remote components in win 98 it is showing all the components in winNtserver.But when i select one component from the list displayed it is showing below Error message.

"The Componenet is already configured on the target computer.
The Component is either already configured as a remote component,installed in a package ,or registered as a COM server.If the component is already configured as a remote component or installed in a package ,you must delete the component.if the component is registered as a COM server,you must unregister the component."
