I am trying to obtain a printed copy of this book. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks Doug. In fact since I posted on TekTips I have been able to pick up a 2nd hand copy in the UK. I thought of printing it, but it is about 800 pages, so a lot of paper!

Thanks again. Andrew M.

Andrew,

Do you mind if I ask you where you found it? I'm just asking out of curiosity.

I found a copy for sale here, for £149.

At that price, it would almost be cheaper to fly Whil over from Wisconsin and treat him to a champagne supper in return for picking his brains.

Mike

Hello Mike

You are clearly a man with an eye for a bargain. Another one I found on amazon.co.uk was £315.40. I too do not understand some of the prices there. I have tried to contact people like green_point, but I am not sure that they are real traders.

The copy I found was on Amazon (earlier today) from a lady called Ann-Marie Pond, trading as Hameston books in Congleton, £35 shipped, but it was probably a one-off. From the description it was fairly well used.

There seem to be a fair few copies on Amazon.com and quite modest prices, but for whatever reason they do not ship to the UK (well, not to me).

Mike,

You're obviously mistaken. Whil is from Milwaukee. That means beer, not champaigne. Since you've been to Milwaukee, I thought you'd know this. *G*

On the other hand, donuts and spinach could be a good treat for Whil too.
