Which Version of FoxPro was before version 9?

i know nothing about FoxPro but need to find out which version of FoxPro came before version 9?

Was it FoxPro 8?

can someone give titles of the past couple of versions please?

A nice easy question.

Foxpro has had the following version numbers:

1.0
2.0
2.5
2.6
3.0
5.0
6.0
7.0
8.0
9.0

So, the direct answer to your question is 8.0. I've omitted service packs and sub-version releases.

Only issued to Beta testers, and eventually changed its name to VFP5 to match the rest of the Visual products from Microsoft.
