Which VERITAS product to use????

Hi everyone

I need to get backup software for my lab. this is what I have:
1- webserver (Win2000 professional)
2- Sql server (win200 prof)
3- seven desktops all running win2000 professional
All these are a localnetwork in the Lab.

I am thinking veritas but Don't know what products, I know they have:
1-backup exec 8.6 NT/2000
2- back up exec 8.6 server edition
3- sql agent addon
what are the difference betweeb server and NT?? Guide me :(
