Which update am I running?

Hi,

Apologies for the newbie questions...

Im using Linux RHL 4 on kernel 2.6.9-34.ELsmp. Does this mean I am running update 3 (from the -34)? If not how can I see which update is installed? (if any!).

As the thread below yours indicated, cat /etc/redhat-release or cat /etc/issue will indicate:

$cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 4)
