Which toolbar is visible?

Hi

I would like to know how IE knows which toolbar that is checked (for visibility).
It seems to be in the registry key:
ITBarLayout

But it is a binary-value ??

Does anyone know how this works?

I would like to be able to set my toolbar as visible when installed.
