which tool to use to best disable hotmail

Hello,

Out IT Director wants to know which is the best tool when it comes to disabling hotmail or web based email from our users that have internet access. Someone suggested
firewall on WEb Inspector but they've yet to get back to me. Any suggestions ?

if the users on ur intranetare connected directly to the internet there is nothing u can do :-(
but of course if they are through some proxy then you can block the ip of the hotmail site.
please specify the environment that is provided to the users
so i could help to solve ur problem effectively
