Which tool is the best as xml schema-based Form & Viewer ?

Now I'm looking for the best tool as xml schema-based form designer & viewer.
I think schema validation is very helpful when filling into EDI messages
and is more cost effective rather than developing web applications.

I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me your information, experience and
opinion!!

Do you think which is the best,

Microsoft Infopath,
Adobe Form Designer & Acrobat Reader,
Altova StyleVision & Authentic,

and so on...??

Are above tools already spread in your country, especially in the US ?
