I have a Scalar 100 Library with 3 DLT8000 Tape drives, each connected to its own scsi controller. My Server is Win2k SP3, and my Arcserve is 2k sp4.

Some of my longer jobs are failing with hardware scsi errors, and I suspect one of the cards is going bad. Is there any way to see which drive/card a job ran on?

No easy way. If you have the tape engine in debug, you can get the absl (adapter, board, scsi, lun - I believe) # of the drive that is active. You would need to space out the start of the jobs enough to see what board is being used when. If you are getting SCSI error, some of this information may be in the ARCserve activity log (arcserve.log) or in the Event Viewer, if errors are being logged there.
