When an AP Invoice is entered into the system where is the data stored for the invoice. I'm really looking for the invoice amount. I've checked the APDIST, APMAST, and ARTRAN but none of the files seem to have the invoice amount.

Thanks in advance

apmastXX Current payables XX= company no.
apymstXX History payables.

The line items might be in APYDSTxx The trick here is that when you close data is moved from the current to the history file group. The history files are all module (AP/AR etc) Y and then the current file name minus one letter.

JRobinson,

Every AP invoice you enter goes to APMAST and APDIST. NO more files are involved when invoice was enter in the current period. On the other hand, if you want to find an invoice entered on closed periods, open APYMST and APYDST.

If you are talking about AR-Invoices, look through ARMAST, ARTRAN if it was entered in the current period. Try ARYMST and ARYTRN if it was entered in a closed period.

Hope it helps you.
