How do I find out which service pack is currently installed on the server?<br>

On bootup there will be a blue screen, which has the current build of the system, including service pack number.

You can run Winmsd.exe without having to reboot. In the version tab there is info about the server build and sp number.<br>

Or run My Computer and check help about. Or really any explorer window

Or right-click on my computer and select properties.
