In a queuing process which are the resources used by the system, the VM Pro ones?
I mean, in a scenario with 30 agents and 50 calls should I provide additional VM ports or it's all managed by the IPOCC ?

It's handled by IPOCC and depends on how many Queue Devices you have.

Ok, but Queue devices are not under license, it's just a setting to apply inte IPOCC, right?

Yes, but you have a maximum of CHAP channels that can be assigned to Topic, Queue and IVR depending on which platform it's connected to so as long as you don't override that.
