Which Ports should be open to Presentation Server 4 ? 1

We have a remote site that accesses one of our Farms running on W2K, Metaframe 1.8 via the Citrix Program Neighborhood client.

We recently set-up a new farm running on W2K3, Presentation server 4, again using the Citrix Program Neigborhood Client.

For them to access ours Farms they have to go through 2 firewalls and a DMZ.

They access the Metaframe 1.8 Farm via Ports TCP 1494 and UDP 1604, do I need to open up any more ports for Presentation server 4 ?

Sorry if this seems a bit naive, but I get lost when it comes to firewalls and DMZ's.

PS4 uses port 2598 for session reliability if using ICA client 8.x or higher.
