Which part do I get??

I am looking for a network interface board for a HP Color Laserjet 4600. I went to partsurfer and they showed two parts, J3110-69001 and J3110-61001. The first one is only $112, the second one is $247. The only parts that CDW-G and Micro Warehouse carried where ones in the $240 dollar range. I am wondering what the $112 part is and if it can be used. No other sites but the HP Partsurfer site had it. Does anybody currently have a networked Color Laserjet 4600 that could tell me what part I should get? Thanks a lot.

J3110-69001 is the part number for an exchange/purchase of this part. J3110-61001 is the part number to be used for the outright purchase of the same part. The difference in price is the core allowance.
