Hi,
I've got installed on my computer Outlook 2000 ver. 9.0.0.2814 and Outlook Express 6 ver. 6.00.2600.0000.
I don't know which is the more powerful or the more recent. What is the difference and which should I use?

Outlook Express is designed for a single user. It is a good email program - easy to set up and easy to use. Ideal for home users or small business. It is not good for multi-user environments.
Outlook is one of the programs bundled with Office. It is intended primarily for networks. It includes extra things like appointment calendars. It is harder to set up, but if you're on a network it makes it nice and easy to contact each other as well as send/receive emails.
My recommendation: Outlook Express if it's on a standalone PC.
