Which Memory Card Is Fastest for the 975XBX2KR Intel motherboard?

Hi Gang, I have added three links here.
Question: Which memory cards are the fastest for the 975XBX2KR Intel motherboard. The first link is the motherboard. The last two links are the memory cards in question. As always your help is fully appreciated.

The second version is the faster (Corsair DHX XMS2 Dominator)
At stock speeds the timings are tighter and this series potentially has more headroom if you feel the need to overclock.
Be warned that nearly all "performance memory" needs to be overvolted in order to run at it's stock (tighter) timings.
Typically it will run at generic timings @ stock ram voltage (out of the box) but will need the extra 0.1-0.2volts to run to it's designed faster timings.
Obviously even higher voltages and slacker timings to run faster clock speeds but this is where we go into overclocking territory (not considered a recommended subject on this professional forum)

Thank you for this speedy reply. I was wondering how to do this. This pc after I build it will not have the need for the art of "overclocking". At 10.5 gig speed it's fast enough. They don't call me "themrspeedoist" for nothing.
I like to meet new people and find out their views. Some are most invitingly nice while others are sticks in the mud.
If you know what I am talking about.
