I am trying to create a remote password on my Partner ACS Release 7.0. When the screen on the phone display's
Remote Password
Data

I dial the password I want, the screen then displays:

To Save the password, press enter

Which button my 34 button is my Enter button?

On a 34 button phone, it's the 5th column, 3rd button down.
