Which is the better choice: Inotes6.ntf or mail6.ntf?

I have recently upgraded to Domino 6.0.2cf1 on W2k platform. When upgrading my users is there any reason why I should not replace ALL clients' current design with inotes6.ntf instead of mixing and matching with mail6.ntf as I had done with earlier versions? My user base is 2/3 strictly in house, 1/3 strictly road warriors. Also, is mail6ex.ntf strictly for use with MS Outlook?

It depends on your requirements. If you have users who want to access the Domino server via a browser then use the iNotes6 template. If not then the other will do the job.
btw, I'd HIGHLY recommend Domino Web Access (i.e. using the inotes6.ntf template). Performance and functionaility has been greatly improved. For users who are out of the office and need access from anywhere in the world consider putting a Domino server on your DMZ and having your users connect through a Browser. This can be secured via SSL. I have implemented this many times and always users have been impressed that they can access their e-mail anywhere at anytime.
