Exam 70–229: Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server™ 2000 Enterprise Edition

I want to know which is the better book:

* Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2000

OR

* MCAD/MCSE/MCDBA Self-Paced Training Kit: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database Design and Implementation, Exam 70-229, Second Edition

OR

Is there a better book?
