Which filesystem for a relay server?

Hi all,

I'm wondering which filesystem is advised for the /var/spool/postfix queue. No mails are delivered locally everything is relayed towards another mailserver.
Does anyone know which filesystem and why ?
Where can i find info specific for this subject?

I seem to remember reading somewhere once that the reiserFS excels at the creation and deletion of smaller files.
