Which equipment to use?

My customer has five sites, the main site connected to all four by point-to-point T1's. Can someone recommend the least expensive equipment option (used on eBay) that still supports QOS?

Unclear if you're looking for ethernet/ethernet routers, or do you want the T1s terminated in the Cisco routers? That info will determine which model of router is suitable.

I need one router with four T1 interfaces and four routers with one T1 interface. All should support QOS.
