Hi guys,
I dont know exactly name of the card but need a feature, that system automatically can answer the CO Lines and redirect.
For example,
For A department press 1, For B department press 1, for operator please wait etc..
I also will need to optionsave conversations on users demand.
How and with which card we can do that?
