Which Call collector should I get in order to get a full detailed information app. 15 years ago I used to work with TABSWIN 3.960 and with the TOPS (Tabs On-line Polling Station PBX) hardware.
I think something newer, more efficient and better is out there. (And I also don't want the ticking sound every 2 seconds from the old TOPS device
)
