What cable and/or adapter would I use, to plug a phone directly into the IP500?

I'm going to do a low-budget way of putting a phone in a room, near the IP500. I would like to just run a long cable from the IP500 to the room where the phone is needed.

However, the IP500 has Ethernet type ports (RJ45) and the 5410 phone has phone type connectors(RJ11).

My question is: What cable can I buy to plug an 5410 directly into the IP500?

The manual says there is one available, if I'm reading this right:
Structured Cabling Line Cord - This is an RJ45 to RJ11 cable suitable for connection from a structured cabling system RJ45 port to a DS phone.

Does the Avaya IP500 use a standard RJ11 to RJ45 cable, like this one?:

Thank you,
Bill

a standard rj11 to rj11 will work or better yet an rj45 to rj45, pretty standard stuff here

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Yeah just a standard 2 wire phone cable with rj11 ends, or one rj11 and one rj35 will be fine. last I checked, they came with cables...two usually.

Just plug the one you have in, yes it's smaller and the edges will push the outer pins up on the systems ports but it only uses the centre 2 pins anyway so nothing lost :)
