which budget video card with VIVO

i can't find any review about the capture quality of this cards:
Leadtek GF A250 (TI4200) VIVO
Gigabyte Radeon 9000 VIVO

I know that in games/3D performance the Leadtek is much
better, but i need to know which one is better in it's capture capabilities and quality ....
help!

I can only comment on the 64mb Leadtek A250 LE TD My ViVo that I had "very pleased" overall.
Note* A280 LE TD My ViVo(GF4 4200Ti with 8X AGP)single fan
A280 TD My ViVo (GF4 4400Ti with 8X AGP) twin fans
Both with 128mb DDR onboard.(backward compatible with 4X AGP)

Just thought I would add the latest 8X additions, I now have the A280 TD My ViVo, even more impressed.

I believe the Radeon 9000 (ATI's in general) have very good picture quality but as you pointed out, it is a much lower 3D performing card.
Go for 9500pro ViVo or new 9600 for similar performance to the Leadtek. Martin
