Which bootable CD burner works?

I'm trying to create a bootable CD with slipstreamed Win2KSP4 Install files.

Which CD burner will actually work/the best?
I'm currently trying Cheetah CD burner.. wasting a lot of CD-Rs.

You could try cdburnerxp from
The executable is small: unfortunately it needs 20Mb of .net framework 2.0. Other than that, can't fault it.
