What is the name of the Active X control that allows you to browse, and then select a file? It is the menu item off of the File > Open menu's.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Have a look at the FileDialog object.

Hope This Helps, PH.

I added the object to the form, and it is a small box. Is this the correct one? THANKS!

The FileDialog object is something you use in VBA code, not as a form's object.
Any chance you could elaborate on what you want you do ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Within an access form, the users need to open an adobe file on the network(a purchase order). So one person needs to "attach" that adobe file to a record. So the users can click a button and view the adobe file.

I do not want the user to type in the name of the file, I would like the main user to browse to the file on the network, and attach it that way.

Hope this helps. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!
