we are having Cisco MCS SERVER 7835 with Cisco Call Manager 3.1(3a) Installed .I want to Know whether the Call Manager has Inbuilt ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) Facility.Or I have to Buy the third party ACD for our Call Centre Usage.

Have you buy an addon app for get ACD features, basic ACD is the ICD package, or IPCC for the full blow thing..

No we have not brought the ICD and IPCC (cisco ip contact center software).

so there is no in built features in cisco call manager alone.

Callmanager has very limited hunt groups builtin, you can do first available, or longest idle.. thats all

We have insalled various of callmanager sites using ARC Solutions ACD system for Call centre, reception, voice-queueing and other features. Very nice, fast and stable system.
