Where's the Top/Bottom Bars in Firefox? 1

I'm using the latest version of Firefox and I have accidentally hit something that made the taskbar at the bottom and the other bar at the top(with the back button, etc) disappear. I can view the top bar by pointing my cursor off the top of the page, but I can't ever see the taskbar.

How do I get them back?
