Where's the DTV2000 software at?

I recently obtained a used Diamond Multimedia DTV2000 TV tuner card for my XP pro sys. I don't have the software. I looked for a while on the net and turned up nothing. Is this card compatible with XP pro and where in the world are the drivers for it? i have tyan trinity 400 motherboard, PIII 700, XP pro.
